Les Mouettes d'Arvor Sardines with Butter and Sea Salt from Guerande | 1 x 115g

Just tried one can and it was really good. As a ketovore who is trying to minimize Omega 6 intake, butter is perfect (Olive oil has an omega 3:6 ratio of 1:10-1:14, not good). The drained sardine weight (75%) is also really good.Hope to see bulk/subscription discounts in the future!

Fried these up in a hot iron skillet and put them over mashed potatoes. Delicious!

Something different. These fish taste wonderful and the butter and sea salt lend a great flavor. Will definitely be buying again.
