Q: Can i use this on a bandit traxxas? could you recommend the charger? do i have to buy any adaptor cable?

Hello. I have this exact battery in my Traxxas Bandit. The black adapter shown in the Amazon listing allows the battery to directly connect. No additional adapter cables are required. The 8.4V battery gives a noticeable performance bump over the 7.2V battery. It was a great, cost effective upgrade.

Q: What’s the maximum discharge rate?

25-30A is the typical max discharge rate for NiMH batteries.

Q: Is this battery waterproof? (I often get snow packed through the whole chassis, and have submerged my truck in water.)

No. The wrapper is tight but I’m sure water will find its way in if submerged. As for the snow I drive in the snow all the time and have never gotten any snow or moisture inside. So I would say snow resistant.
