AERDM New F150 Towing Mirrors fit 2015-2018 with Auxiliary/Puddle Lights Signal Indicator and Linear arrow light Power Operation Heated Black Housing with 22pin to 8pin adapter

I read many reviews about towing mirrors before buying these. They're easy to install, just take your time. Youtube instructions if you're unsure. I have both on within 15 minutes. My only real complaint is the posting of the mirrors don't clearly mention the blind spot light that are on them. I learned of that on another review. A couple things to address: The gap between the mirror body and truck door: Make sure you tighten the bolts/nuts like you would a tire. snug each one a little in a star pattern. I have no more of a gap than I did with the OEM mirrors. Turn Signal brightness: I have tinted side windows, so its fine for me. Although they are bright! Noise: Well, they are large "wings" sticking out on the side, they are going to increase the wind noise. Shake: Nothing too much. Again, you've installed wings, they want to "flap" a bit. I do like the puddle lights, the heaters seem to operate and they seem tight when extending them. Overall, I'm happy. An improvement over the smaller OEM mirrors for a fraction of the cost from the Ford store.

These tow mirrors are so close to being OEM mirrors at a fraction of the cost. I've been using these now for about 3 weeks and towed our travel trailer with the mirrors fully extended. They don't shake anymore than the original, smaller mirrors did and they only shake when hitting a pothole (thanks New England) or something similar. Every feature of the mirror works as long as your truck already has the feature. For example, the mirrors have blind spot monitoring features but our truck does not so clearly, blind spot monitoring was not magically added. They were super easy to install and maybe took me 30 minutes. I did need someone to hold the mirrors in place when I bolted them back in as they are "top" heavy since they are longer. I know some people have said they notice a gap from mirror to door frame but I do not notice a gap at all. The only feature we lost was the auto dimming of the mirror. I didn't even think about that feature until the first night time drive and noticed the bright headlights coming into the cab. It's a small feature compared to what I need the towing mirrors for which is to tow a 30' travel trailer. Also beware, the inside directional lights (lights facing you when driving) are super bright at night. Depending on how dark it is, the brightness actually makes the mirror unusable so be careful when changing lanes at night. Other than that, I highly recommend these tow mirrors. You really can't beat the price especially when Ford wants to charge you $900.

The media could not be loaded. I hesitated ordering these because of some reviews but I know how sellers of competing brands will sometimes write negative things. These were shipped from Amazon with free returns so that was enough for me to try them. I was very glad to see the quality upon opening. They look OEM. But, upon installing the first mirror on drivers side (in 10 min) the power up/down function did not work. Everything else seemed to work fine. I do have the 17 pin connection so I double checked that and still the up/down function would not work. Amazon customer service sent me an advance replacement set. I will update results then. I really want these to work as good as they look.UPDATE after 1 month: All is good. Just came back from a 1000 mike trip towing a toy hauler. LOVED seeing behind my rig and to the sides with no blind spots! After using them now for a month day to day and after this trip, the only thing I regret is not finding these sooner. When I bought my truck I inquired about getting them added but the dealer told me they were tough to replace and expensive. Boy was he wrong!! Only possible negative Is day to day these to stick out more than stock mirrors so it's tougher in parking lots. Car washes I now need to get out and fold them in. The turn signal blinker in mirror is bright at night but you kind of get used to that, plus, you don't forget it's on, thats for sure. Lol.I updated to 5 stars because I would buy these again. If something fails, I will update this review again.

This is a really nice mirror. I am disappointed it didn't work for my 2018 Ford F150 lariatBlinker, puddle light, remote mirror adjustment, and blind spot detection. Not sure what else didn't work.It was easy to install and uninstall.

Easy to install, packaged well. Work well. The issue I had was after driving 3 miles the puddle light fell out. May have been defect in whatever holds it in. I can find OEM replacement lights, but couldn't find one for this particular one. May just super glue it in, not worth the hassle of sending the mirror back.

The media could not be loaded. Super bright at night, all functions work great, fits my 2022 Ford F-150 XL STX, I got them installed in 20 minutes and WOW at night the lights are almost too bright but well worth $256 compared to $1,100 for new Ford OEM Tow mirrors the glass does vibrate decently when I have my music blaring but I can still see out of them and would definitely buy a second set for a spare set highly recommend for others to purchase. So easy a cave man could install them amazon customer service was great driver side turn signal on outside of mirror did not work when I called I was sent another set and told me to install new driver side mirror and send the bad driver side mirror back with the other new passenger side mirror free of charge. I am very satisfied with my purchase experience.
