Not for use on heavy pulling exercises
Pros:-Easy to slip on & off between sets so you can track your progress on phone or take your gym selfies-Durable: build quality is excellent meaning it's going to last for years-Design: attractive and it can be swapped by others in your group even if different have sized. I'm a large but my 13 year old son can use them on his lifts-cushion: the weight is evenly distributed among your hand which will prevent callous formation. Hands have softened since using and aren't as dried out.-Excellent grip with pushing exercises and cable pulls.Cons:Grip: here is where the gloves fail, but there is a caveat. It only fails when you go extremely heavy during pull days. They are rubber so if you are doing heavy exercises, your hands are sweating, and you will lose your grip. Specifically deadlifts, bent over rows, and I can see it happening with upright rows (your going to snap your shoulders). I can't go anywhere near my max when using these gloves so I've started taking them off for just these exercises-Rigid: they aren't form fitting. So they become a little awkward when doing certain dumbbell exercises; mainly shoulder presses. When you are lifting the weight overhead they will slip a bit along the way but then stabilize once you have the weight up.Summary:Great for all pushing exercises and lightweight pulls. Not for big pulling exercises. Use with dumbbells can be a little awkward, but will be functional.

Comfortable and durable grips.
Protects your hands from callouses and gives a good grip. Long lasting and dosen't rip or get sweaty and smelly like gloves.5/5 would recommend.

Does the job but will eventually crack over time.
Convenient, light weight and comfortable. Had a pair previously. Will crack at palm curve after prolonged use though. Tried glueing. Didn’t work. But, for me, worth purchasing a second time.
