Shoulderstrap hook quality
Worst quality. I have bought it in March 23 and within 3 months of usage the oneside hook clip on the shoulder strap has broken. Written to the cumpany but no response.

The product was received as shown in the photos. The seller is not trustworthy since these damages were so evident and still they tried to push it on to the customer. Stay away. RETURNING IT.
