Love lobo seasonings. Satay is my favorite. I asked my friend who works at the local Thai place for recipes during the lockdown, and she turned me on to lobo. I don't have a great kitchen, or that much skill, but I can still make delicious Thai food whenever I want it. Really economically too. They make dozens of great seasoning pastes. This satay set is my favorite.

This is one of the tastiest peanut sauces and curry marinades I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

So, you chop up the cheapest chicken meat of your life, or turkey, or whatever you have. Then you take the marinade mix in the packet, mix it with coconut milk, and let set for 6 hours minimum. Then skewer them and grill them. While all that is happening, just heat the second packet with more coconut milk.Me personally, I make onion and chicken kebabs and then serve them on rice with hoisin, the peanut satay sauce, teriyaki, And a solace of red chilli sauce. It was a food truck almost 3 decades ago, and I have never found it again but I'm working on reactions, so anyone who makes this, they'll me how you modified it to make it work.snd hopefully my village will come up with the best solutions
