(Stethoscope Binaural) Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Classic III Stethoscope - TUBING (All Black)

Was able to buy new tubing from this company instead of purchases a new Littman for nursing school. This helped a lot as all the other purchases can be overwhelming.

Replaced the tubing on my Littman classic after 10 years of use. Sound quality on this replacement is great, with perfect function. Seems durable, but time will tell. For the price, it seems to be well worth it.

I bought a littmann master cardiology stethoscope in 2007, and the tubing cracked after 17 years of use. This tubing was a perfect replacement for the bell. The sound quality is identical to how this stethoscope has always worked. The fit was perfect. Looks great, just like a littmann. The ear tips are comfortable, just like my original. I was so pleased to be able to simply replace the tubing, instead of buy a new $250 master cardiology stethoscope. Excellent value and quality for the money.

So my wife used my stethoscope all through the Covid pandemic and constantly cleaned it with alcohol wipes which destroyed the rubber tubing in a short amount of time... fast forward to current… I am back in medic classes and my stethoscope was stiff. It was still a nice stethoscope, however the rubber was crunchy, so instead of spending a ton of money, I purchased one of these and used my original bell onto the rubber lumen.... just a little bit of heat to make sure shrink around the barbed fitting and I'm in business sounds good as new! I love it.

We ordered this to replace the tube on a Littmann Classic III. It did fit, however, the ear tubes were a little thinner. With that, it works and the tube has been replaced. I would still buy it again if needed.

It was very easy to replace the tubing to my littmann classic iii. I love how this tubing is a little bit longer than my original tubing. Both sides of my bell work on this tubing too.

This is so much better than the original length that comes on the Littmann stethoscopes. It makes taking vital signs as a veterinary technician much easier helping maintain a safe work environment. Very good quality. It is slightly sticky when it’s first delivered, but I think it’s just the shipping. After wearing it for a few days the sticky feeling goes away & it is very comfortable to wear around my neck throughout a day.
