All the jerky seasonings are good, I especially like it being an American company. I have ordered about 140-160 pounds of seasoning worth of cure. I have yet to have 1 I didn't care for. Each packet is for 5 pou.ds of meat, I use 6 to make it not overly strong, and it is wonderful.

I agree with others that you need to season to taste, as it depends on the type/cut of meat and amount you are using as to the outcome. I have had personal success with instead of using one package for 5lbs but for 3, and I use eye of round.The only real complaint I have is that you pay for shipping that generally has taken over 10 days.

Have only tried the sweet and spicy. I really like hot things so for me it wasn't spicy enough. I only used 4 pounds of meat wanting more flavor.. overall flavor was okay.
