I enjoyed everything I made with this flour. It isn't very fine, if that is what you require in a cassava flour.the texture is closer to cornmeal, maybe a bit finer. I prefer more texture to baked goods, though, so that doesn't bother me.

Very good for brazilian dish
Very good product as expected. Wife uses to make "farofa" - brazilian side dish for "feijoada"

Misleading label.
This is not cassava flour. It is way to coarse. Maybe it could be called cassava meal. Waste of money.

Great option for Paleo baking
I use this in paleo pancakes, breads, tortillas, along with almond a coconut flours. I was surprised at how nice the tortillas turned out. I love this product.
