Bad customer service,
I’m not sure if it’s the company or amazon doing this, I tried returning my daughter doesn’t like the material, they said it would be 37 days after receiving the item back before refunding my money, and then could just be a partial refund!! They must expect when ordering online people will be returning items if they’re not happy with the product. This is ridiculous!! I will never purchase from Sitka again.
