Harry Potter Hufflepuff House Lamb's Wool Scarf for Adults and Kids

This is a great scarf, and while it is leaning towards the purple side of things it's still recognizable as a gryffindor scarf. Honestly, if I could have found a more scarlet one I would have bought that, but it doesn't exist and I'm glad I bought this one. It's not even PURPLE purple, just a dark mauvey-red, and the house crest totally makes up for it. Mine also doesn't smell and isn't itchy at all (it's super soft), but I guess that's kind of luck of the draw, with it being wool and everything. The only thing is that this is a WINTER scarf, and it's actually really good quality, but that means that it's really, really heavy and warm. It's meant to keep you warm, and I was more looking for an accessory for my deathly hallows premiere costume. That was in july, and so it was way too warm for then, but it's working out great now. I love it and it will probably last for a really long time.Now, if only Pottermore hadn't sorted me into Slytherin...

I have now purchased this scarf twice, for each of the most important Potter fans in my life - my wife and my niece. Both were immensely satisfied with the scarf. My wife wears hers almost all winter is and is constantly receiving compliments on it. My niece has only had it about a month so hasn't needed it much yet, but still parades around in it proudly proclaiming her status as a member of Gryffindor House.The scarf is comfortable and well made, with the Gryffindor crest a very sharp looking patch. The colors are absolutely perfect, and the scarf is nice and long.Absolutely recommend this as a gift for any Potter fans in your life, or as a gift for yourself!

I was at first sceptical about buying this scarf because you really don't know what you're getting. But its beautifully made, looks just like the scarfs worn by the Griffindor House students! It's made of wool, fine detail, especially the house crest; it's warm, and so can be worn throughout the winter. I bought it for Halloween and have to say that it added a special touch to my costume; got lots of compliments considering I went to the Halloween Parade in the Village in NY, and there were lots of Griffindor students. So if you're thinking about buying a griffindor scarf, this one is the one to get. Oh and I ordered it three days before Halloween & received it promptly; well packaged. Great Amazon service.

I recently decided to buy one of these to see the last movie and it arrived perfectly 2 days before the movie just in time. Well to start i don't know that there's allot to talk about other than this appears to be a great to-scale replica of the Gryffindor scarf.Pro's: the color is great not faded or blotched out seems to be in great shape. The overall feel of it is sturdy and realistic, and it doesn't feel like a phony knock-off made of cheap materials. The patch looks very passable as a legit item on the scarf. And finally overall i would give this product a 4.5 on a 1-5 scale.Cons: only a minor flaw which I'm not blaming the manufactures for, but the scarf feels a little itchy to me like wool and it could be because my skin is too sensitive. But I'm only knocking half a point off for such a minor flaw.Still a great product and I think i would be happy to buy from them again!

The only scarf I could find that is true Gryffindor colors. Scarlet and gold. No purple in this! The emblem is a nice touch. I originally bought this for a costume but I wear it all the time because it is so warm and looks great. It is 100% lamb wool and keeps your neck from getting cold because it's long and thick. It's not the softest material but it works quite well. I get compliments on it all the time and it's funny when potter heads come up to you all excited you like Harry Potter too. Really happy with this scarf.

I am very pleased with this scarf. It came fast, a couple day's earlier then it was predicted to. It's very durable material and it's a great length. The material allows it to serve as not only a costume scarf, but part of your winter wardrobe. The colors are fantastic, i expected it to be purple like in the picture but when it arrived its more maroon so it's just as a Gryffindor scarf should be. The itchyness is to be expected, considering the material but it didn't bother me at all. I'd rather have a somewhat itchy scarf made out of warm, durable material then a cheap one. If your thinking about buying this, go for it. It's deffinitely worth it.

Alone as a scarf, it works as it's intended purpose. As a bit or merchandise from the Potter franchise, it's a great item. The colors are as they show on screen, and the Gryffindor house seal is embroidered. It's been owned for one year and there are no runs in the stitching and nothing has unraveled. It's still warm and comfortable and those who are fans point and smile. Fashionable, functional, screen color true and displayable.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of this scarf. It looked exactly like the ones in the movies and the wool with which it was made was really soft. I ordered it through expedited shipping which was supposed to arrive to me within a week of ordering, but instead it arrived in two weeks. I got in touch with Amazon's online customer service and was really satisfied with the way they handled the problem. They offered me a refund of shipping charges since the product did not reach on time. Overall I'd give this product a 5/5.
