Rockville Pair Acoustic Foam Studio Monitor Isolation Pads for 8" Speakers (Iso-8)

I didn't realize the ISO-8(premium 6.5 and larger) has a wood base wrapped in felt(guess), and I was a little disappointed at first, but it's actually really nice to be able to move the monitors+pads by grabbing the base, which seems glued to bottom isolation pad. The slightly larger base makes it easier to get a grip and the fabric wrapped wood makes it easy to rotate or slide on a flat surface. They looked a little unpolished or maybe vintage out of box, but the square edges and lack of logo make it appear as part of the speaker stand, rather than some attention grabbing self promoting addition to the speaker. They definitely seem to work since the sturdy base has no apparent vibration.at high volume with my LP-6 studio monitors. I have no idea why any isolation pads cost more than a few bucks, but at least you get more than just pads with these.

These work great to position my surround speakers, sitting on wooden pyramid stands, to face my listening area, with the added benefit of isolation of any possible obscure bass issues. They hold my 40 pound speakers nicely. Additionally, I used them under two of my center speakers to better position them to my listening area as they angle up nicely in my television cart stand I use as a speaker stand, for two center speakers, one on top and one on a lower shelf.

the product is quality made very effective and fits my 8 in rockville studio monitors well i like the option of being able to change the angle of the monitors with the angled insert that doubles as a flat when reconfigured properly good buy for the money and arrived promptly well packaged very pleased

Better than expected. These were less than the name brand version and higher quality. Work excellent and would buy again.

Honestly thought it was gonna be crap but its really good quality and got delivered early witch is a plus
