The media could not be loaded. I took a chance on this faucet because the one we had in our home finally broke after 16 years. I love the design. It’s simple and elegant. I wanted something clean and classic looking. It’s a heavy duty faucet. My husband put it in in about 45 minutes (or less). I love the spray choices. It has a high pressure button that’s perfect for hard to wash dishes. It seems to be water resistant. I haven’t had it long enough to fully comment on that. I also wipe it down every time I use it. It fit perfectly with the plate it came with (to cover holes not used). It functions better than our last faucet. If we ever remodel I would love to get the same faucet in a bronze color. I researched so many faucets but I’m glad I picked this one because it’s really nice. A lot better than I expected!

Can’t speak to ease of installation— we had a plumber put this in for us. But! Loving the smooth and easy operation, multiple pressure settings on the sprayer, and solid feel. Looks great, too. So far so good!

Good price, looks good in kitchen and works well

This is a great kitchen faucet. I like the sprayer, which has three modes. My previous one was exactly the same, but the hard water in our apartment complex caused reduced water pressure. So I bought a new one. My maintenance installed was really impressed with the quality and ease of installation. He was done in 15 minutes. He said he wanted to order the black one for his home.

I love my new faucet, but if I had to be critical in its function...I have experience in removing/installing faucets, so it was very easy to understand the instructions to install the faucet. It has 3 spray functions: spray, a horizontal turbo spray, and regular. While I have all the water spickets turned on full, it seems like there is a flow suppressor within the faucet head...the flow is adequate though. For example, the spray mode is like a gentle rain. There isn't a turbo spray in the gentle shower mode. I have to use the horizontal-like turbo spray mode by pressing the button. I like the ease of maneuvering the faucet around the sink by pulling down on the faucet. The faucet was worth every penny.

Very pleased so far!Needed to replace a 5 year old Moen faucet. Had begun to corrode and leak--thought it would last longer as a product that promotes its quality. Shopped at Lowe's and Home Depot. For the style I wanted it would be about $149-$179. Then I saw this We-we faucet on Amazon with great reviews. Same style at less than half the price, so I decided to give it a chance. Ordered the brushed nickel (though in the photo it appears to be more bronze because of the lighting.)Quick delivery. Very nice look. The brushed finish is a matt finish, not too shiny and does not show fingerprints. Easy installation (once I fought through the corrosion taking the old faucet out!) with good, understandable instructions. Fit easily in my single hole design sink without any additional plate, but had a plate to cover a three hole sink design. Great sprayer head with regular flow, shower, and a nice jet feature that really helps with cleaning off dirty dishes/pots. Overall, seems to be made of quality materials, better than those of the old Moen. Comes with a 5 year warranty, too. When I registered for the warranty, I received an email offering a choice of a free gift from some of their other products. Wondered if it might be a scam, but sure enough they sent a matching brushed nickel soap dispenser for free. Nice touch!I had one problem after installation--the sprayer head 'hummed' a bit when water flow was not wide open. Not horrible, but annoying enough. I wrote to the company describing the issue. Within a day they responded back with a proposed solution--removing the flow restrictor from the sprayer head--and attached a video to show me how. Easy fix--the hum is gone! (Apparently the restrictor helps moderate water pressure for those on city water systems. I am on a well and did not need it.) So, now I can give 5 stars for excellent customer service as well as for the faucet.I would highly recommend giving this product a try!
