Barbie 1999 Valentine Special Edition 12 Inch Doll - XXXOOO Barbie Doll with Glamour Dress, Shoes and Hairbrush

Love her, she has panty hose, lol, my grand daughter won't know what those are, very pretty, those are bangs across her forehead I thought it was a headband, but love the bangs. Her shoes were laying on the bottom of the box and don't stay on, but I had got a bag of Barbie shoes so the gel ones fit perfectly. She sits so she is perfect for the case I got that has a stool in front of a dresser with mirror. Lovely dress and brush. I love these retro dolls - don't feel bad throwing the old box away, the new ones the boxes are so pretty you don't want to throw them away. I got a retro doll for 1999 this one for the year our one son graduated and a 1995 for the year the other grandson graduated. Also 1999 we had that y2k scare so that makes this doll special too.

I was born in February 1999 so I was super excited to find not just a special edition 90s Barbie but specifically a February one! She is beautiful and everything was in good condition, the only thing is the box getting a little grow but that’s just from age and the rubber bands that hold the shoes on had dried and broke so the shoes fell off, I had to carefully open from the bottom, put them back on, and then tape it closed, but that’s obviously just from age too so it’s not a big deal. All in all I love her!

The first thing my daughter noticed about the doll is her sparkly shirt...then she started playing with her long soft hair, and noticed there was strands of sparkly in her hair that matched her shirt. The doll has earrings, a finger ring, and high heel shoes...and a brush for her hair. She hasn't put the doll down yet :)

I’m Barbie collectionist and this baby was a in a perfect conditions!!! Box never open!!

saving this one for next year valentines. I give one to my granddaughter every holiday and this one is really cute. thanks
