The Mrs. Potts and Chip collectible figurine by Jim Shore is well made and looks great in my Disney series. It was packaged in two boxes and surrounded by styrofoam so it arrived in perfect condition.

If you’re a Disney fan you will love it
I love it! I started collecting the Jim Shore Beauty & the Beast collection and love every piece so far. My only complaint is that I noticed when I pulled it out of the box the Styrofoam was covered in animal hair. Other than that there nothing not to love about it.

Not what I expected
I ordered 2 different ones so I would have a set, the second one was half the size and not a teapot at all, but a figurine! Very disappointed!!

Nothing like the pic
Was dark in color and the small part broke off straight out the box. Maybe poor packaging? It's being sent back
