mophie 401004408 Juice Pack Access - Ultra-Slim Wireless Charging Battery Case - Made for Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max - Product(Red)

The case is easy to install, the battery will charge it and my phone at the same time. Has been nice for me as I am outside and sometimes in area with bad service and I need to bump up my battery. Good product, Mophie has been doing this a long time and they are a good brand.

Update:Ok, this thing is useless. Seems to give at best a weak charge to the phone for maybe an hour, then it’s dead. I’d return it if I could, unfortunately I’m on a road trip and won’t be back home until the return window is over.The first thing I do when I get a new phone is order a Mophie case. They've always served me well, and have done an amazing job of extending battery life of all of my phones. Often, I'm almost through the day before the phone even starts using it's own battery.That's not the case with the battery case for the iPhone 11 I just got. I have a few complaints:1) The case doesn't charge at all unless you press the button on the back and tell it to. I don't like this at all, the whole point of the case is to lengthen the life of the phone battery, so I want to use the case battery before I use the phone battery.2) It charges wirelessly. Yeah, duh, it says that on the product description. Now I know better. It's slow and inefficient. Once you start the charge, it can't keep up with the phone usage. Also, it turns out that wireless charging is only ~50% efficient, so half of what's in the Mophie case is wasted energy.3) Probably related to #2, but it doesn't seem to last very long. I start it charging the phone maybe halfway through the day, and a couple hours later it's dead. So at best it seems to slow down phone battery discharge for a couple of hours. Compared to my iPhone 6 Mophie case this is very disappointing. That case would keep the phone battery at 100% until very late in the day.Mophie touts the wireless charging as a way to charge the phone and still let you use the headphone port on the iPhone. I really don't care about that, what I care about is a good battery case that keeps the phone running without me having to micromanage it.

Works great. Easy to use. Not heavy.

This Mophie Juice Pack is pleansant to look at and it provides me with peace of mind that I won't be running out of power when I'm on the go! Battery life is exceptional.

I use my phone constantly for music so I love having the extra battery. You can switch to the backup battery by pressing the back button when your phone battery is low. My only issue is that the case is very fragile and can break easily if dropped. But I love the case so much I keep buying the same one.

Came with the wrong charging cable. The case takes USB-C...they sent USB micro. Not the end of the world. I have plenty of cables, but, still...annoying

I have owned several Mophie products for both my Apple and Android products over the years. This is the ONLY one I have had to return. I did use it for about 1 week on vacation. It really did not hold a charge for very long when under even a low-to-moderate load from my Iphone 11 pro max. The while I not mind the ability of using accessing both my phone’s lightning jack and that of the mophies’ ; it was the fact that the mophe can ONLY charge the iphone by Qi. Qi cannot come close to a fast charge, nor even a 2.4 amp equivalent. I own several Qi pads that do provide a 2.4 amp charge, this case’s coil does not come close, so the charging ability lags greatly when the iphone is doing even a light load (with Wifi and blue tooth disabled from the SETTINGS me menu and a 70% backlight on.) Thank you Amazon, for making the return process effortless - as always!
