This is based on someone who never uses herbal supplements or teas for anything... Since drinking 1 to 2 cups of this stuff a day, my quality of sleep has improved especially on days when I do not receive a ton of sleep, the overall quality and feel of waking up is different. On days when I know I can sleep in, I fall asleep fairly easily and wake up refreshed.The only herbal thing I have had in the past was a capsule of valerian root which tasted literally like sewer out of someones behind... Mugwort tastes way better, but the flavor is bitter. I feel like I am drinking the leaves as I go, but I strain it so I know it's impossible.I have not attempted to smoke this and I have not had any vivid dreams of any kind as of yet.

Perfect for tea. I used this as a tea and honestly it was very tasty. The smell was oddly amazing and it was very organic.

I have a few health issues that Mugwort is claimed to help. On average I have been drinking two cups a day of tea I make with it. Can't say I have noticed any dramatic improvements yet.When I first opened the bag I immediately recognized the smell. I did some research on the plant and found it grows in my backyard and I have been pulling it up as a weed for the 20+ years I have lived here. Go figure!It makes a pretty strong, bitter, tea if you let it steep for a while. I don't mind it. I usually make two cups from the same leaves. I drink it straight. I don't add any amendments to modify the taste.

I usually get my mugwort fresh from the herb store near me so I was not expecting much from a packaged product. Just needed some quickly and until I could get to the store but I was pleasantly surprised. It smells good, and taste fresh. I use mugwort for sleep and I also burn it in mediation and this worked beautifully for both purposes. I didn't notice anything other than mugwort in the package like other buyers found. I'd definitely buy again.

The item only listed showing the front and not back. It did not provided any detail of the origin. I thought this was originated in United States but it was actually China. I feel I was fooled by the sellers. Overall, the quality is not too bad, but still sellers have to be more specific to customers!!!

Very powerful sleep aid! Nothing usually works well for me. I finally found the perfect combo after years! I make my own valerian root tincture And have it at night with a cup of mugwort tea. Best sleep I've gotten in years!

it all fell apart in packaging and honestly didn’t smell, or taste like the right thing so i was unsure. the size is pretty good for the price but not sure if this will be useful for much
