Bottle 2/3 full when delivered!
This is a second bottle I've received. The first bottle was opened during shipping and the package lost a portion of the shampoo. I opted just to return this bottle vs a refund. The second bottle arrived and seemed light. When I opened the bottle I found that instead of 8.45 ounces it was partially full it appears to be short 2-3 ounces of product. I could be wrong but it seems my return was simply cleaned up, repackaged and returned. I feel I should receive a partial refund due the missing product, vs taking and hassle & time to send the product back.
