Q: Does anyone know the capacity that the droppers can dispense?

Using a metric conversion chart, 15ml = 15mL= 0.5072103us fl oz. As far as the droppers go, I don’t know precisely but it’s nowhere near a half oz. I haven’t used them yet as they are for homemade perfumes and I just recently found a source for 100% oil instead of the very common blends. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Q: can you remove the white cap underneath the bamboo lid?

Yes. It comes with a little device (pictured) to remove the plastic cap. When securing the cap back you use the device also and press hard. Works perfect. I fill just below the neck of the bottle to make sure it doesn’t overflow. Hope this helps.
