Returned, still charged
I returned this product to amazon, as it didn't fit my needs. Apparently, the cashier at Kohls didn't look in the box, failed to mark the proper item as being returned, and Amazon decided to just trust them instead of looking in the box themselves.I don't want to mark down the printer, I'm sure it's fine if you need a hard-wired printer. But this whole situation is inane. I don't have this printer anymore, and this process has been nothing short of incredibly frustrating, since there is no way to contact a human for customer support.
