Smoked Beef (Suho Meso)

Great flavor, very smoky. I received two pieces to make the weight. Slice it very thin across the grain. Don't trim the fat, a little fat with each piece is nice.I think of this as a beef version of Spanish Serrano Ham. Very good, I will buy again.If you are looking for a great jerky, this will fill that bill too!

Just like what we used to buy at the International grocery. It is very different than any other smoked beef. This is soft and reddish in the center and delicious for snaking or to cook Bosnian style been stew.

My Nana used to give my relatives and I this, thinly sliced, with her homemade bread and assortments of cheese. Ever since I've left my home state I'd been craving this! Where I live there isn't a place to buy this, so I figured I'd take the long shot and order some. I was very impressed by this product, so much so that I've purchased it again and plan to keep buying from them. Shipping was extremely fast (I live in Alaska so usually that's not the case) and the product arrived (both times) in very secure packaging and the meat was still cold. The product itself was delicious, I even shared some with some co-workers who loved it. So if you're looking for a good place to get Suho Meso, I'd highly recommend ordering it from them. In fact, I'd more than recommend, I'm telling you, you need to get it from them.

Tastes great. A little pricey though.

Tougher than shoe leather ,impossible to chew ,after chewing to reduce it to the consistency of rubber it’s swallow whole or spit out, your choice ;tastes as smoky as an old barn fire ;suppose it’s done like the cavemen did it to preserve meat the method was the fore runner of Egyptians process for preserving the dead

Guys this is a rip off, search for Bosnian, Serbian, or Russian stores near you and get it for like $10!

This came in perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Not an easy to find item so I get paying the premium.

Recvd and tried this yesterday, if you like bagged Jerky but believe it's too much for so little, then you need to get this and enjoy the deep rich smokey flavor, it's about the size of a rack of baby back ribs, slice it thin or thick you won't be disappointed, it's nothing like the rawhide leathery Jerky you find in supermarkets, a handful for $6-8.
