This was a good fit for my vehicle, only took a youtube video to help me wiggle it into place -- works great, and it's much cheaper than taking it to a body shop. I did end up taking my wheel off to get good access, but you may be able to get it on if you have a lift.

Ripped the original one when I went too far over a curb and backed off. Ended up dragging it on the street for about a mile before I realized that noise was me! Temporary duct tape fix while I awaited the arrival of this one. Take the wheel off, you'll need the access. It takes a bit of wrestling to get all the holes lined up, but once done it's as good as new. Accomplished by a 68 year old female.

Perfect fit! All holes match exactly. While installing it requires that you pull the corresponding holes into position with each other with an awl or small screwdriver but that would be expected even with the $126 dealer bought one. It was a match to original equipment though I did need to pull the soft dampening pad off the old liner and glue it on to the new one. Leave it out in the sun for an hour before installing.

You get what you pay for I guess, at about half the price of Toyota OEM part the quality and fit and finish is about half :) The material feels less substantial than original, fit is less precise, two holes were missing (easy to poke hole with a screwdriver, but still, not pro), missing sound absorber at top inside of part which is present on OEM part. I think next time I'll pay the extra for genuine Toyota part.

I have not installed this passenger side one on my 2012 Prius 2 but the driver side liner fits fine. (see review for driver side)

Does not line up with holes in body. Wasted money.
