***WARNING*** This is the second one we bought and both failed with 6 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! THEY WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO COMPROMISE WITH YOU. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING A PRODUCT THAT WILL FAIL. Once you put it in your machine you void the warranty on the part. So that means there is no warranty. I should have read this and realized what they were all about. How else do you see if the product they are selling is workable without installation. Also I had a certified technician put these print heads in. So they can't say it was my own fault. I know I'm not qualified to put in print heads. ***WARNING*** THESE PRINT HEADS SHOULD LAST YEARS! THE ORIGINALS FROM ROLAND DO! I'M GETTING A HOLD OF AMAZON SO THEY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. THANKS FOR READING!

I got the print head installed it and my printer lives again. if you need a printer head these guys are great and the shipping was quick. I buy and sell printers and cutters and this is my new parts dealerI will be saving this seller for the future

Not sure if I got a dud or not
After replacing my head with this one it only prints half the nozzles. Replaced the magenta yellow head but since there no replacement or warranty options I guess I’m out another $700

There are multiple part numbers for the SG printers based on serial number.
Vendor listed item as SG replacement head...its not the right one for my serial number. Impossible to get a service manual / no install instructions from vendor so I'm being told my return window has closed.Not good business...I'd just like to exchange for the proper part.
