Great for Small Pie Crust too!
Just had this delivered yesterday and already put it in to action. I was prepping personal chicken pot pies and didn't want to have to pull out the flour and rolling pin. Took out the pie crust from the fridge that had been chilling, set up the tortilla press and ziplock bag and made mini pie crust tops for my ramekins. Perfect size and way less work. Love this versatile tool and heavy construction and price point.

Legit taco night upgrade!
I made my first tortillas this week! It was shockingly easy, fast, and delicious - a total taco night game-changer. I’m super impressed with myself, but the tortilla press deserves all the credit. Easily one of my favorite lockdown buys.

Works great. No more having to use the rolling pin
Works great. No more having to use the rolling pin. Nice, easy formed tortillas. Sounds nuts but, hubby loves thin formed hamburgers. I put hamburger between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and press away. They cook up just the way he likes.

Good little press.
All in all works great. I use for corn tortillas. The trick is to wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent sticking and load your dough slightly towards the back because as you press the tortilla it makes heavier contact toward the front because of the angle which may make for a thinner tortilla near the front of the press. Loading dough slightly towards the rear ensures an even press

Perfect taco tortillas every time
I use this all the time. I recently moved to a place where there is no place to purchase freshly made tortillas so I now make my own. This presses them into perfect tortillas every time and they are so good. Very easy to clean up and store.

It's OK
It does what it needs to do but it's very sloppy. Not very high quality at all. My wife was disappointed with it.

Broke during First Use!
Got the tortilla press in the mail yesterday, was excited to use it so decided to make tortillas today. Was pretty easy to use, but didn't like that it felt like it had flimsy plastic type paint over the cast iron. But liked the weight of the cast iron, it seemed like it was legit made out of cast iron...On our FIFTH tortilla the handle just completely busted off the press plate!!! Not even the hinge like I expected after realizing that it busted off, but it completely broke from the plate itself!!! Can't believe the "cast iron" broke!!! Definitely returning this, getting a different one!
