Very good multi-vitamin.If you experience jitters.....(because it says it helps energy)......just cut the tablet in half and take half dose at a time.

It's the BEST!

Warning: capsule is HUGE
Seems to be working a a standard vitamin would. Feel more energized. Hate the feeling of trying to swallow this down. Still too big for my preference

El único detalle por el que pongo esta calificación es que el feasco venia roto, por lo tanto no tuve la oportunidad de poneelo a prueba mas que únicamente el embalaje que por lo visto de tratarse de vidrio es muy limitada la protección.
