Relief
Great relief with simple product. Works as advertised and cost effective

the product breaks when used
The loop that is suppose to hold the pad in place keeps breaking. So far, 5 of 6 pads have broken in less than 10 days. Once the loop breaks the pad iOS no longer useful. This brand was very good when I first bought about a year ago. But the current product is not durable and is worthless.

It is not excessively thick and fits comfortably inside my shoes
I have tried many products lately to address the pain I am experiencing from a small tailor's bunion all of which have been relegated to my shoebox full of foot products. This is the only one so far that has worked, such a simple idea that is working so well for me. The pad is made of a soft silicone type gel substance, because it is so flexible it conforms to the shape of the bunion rather than pressing down on it and causing more pain. It is not excessively thick and fits comfortably inside my shoes, and when I put it on, the part that goes around my toe doesn't feel weird and is not noticeable while wearing it. I am giving it 4 stars only because I don't know yet how long it will hold up - nice product, glad I found it!

I'm finally able to wear my tighter shoes now!!
The bunion pad provided noticeable relief from pain and pressure while walking, especially during long days on my feet. It cushioned the affected area well and made shoes more comfortable to wear. However, the pads do tend to shift around during use, so I'd recommending buying a foot bandage/band or securing it with a fabric bandage to keep it in place. With a little extra effort, it definitely helped manage discomfort effectively!

Cannot adhere to foot.
The soft gel pad was very comfortable but. No way to stableize on foot so could not secure. If that were solved, would be very good.

Difficult to keep positioned
These work fairly well if you can keep them in place but that is a big if. I can use them with low cut (AKA no show) socks but it takes quite a bit longer to put on the socks because I am trying to stretch them out so I can put them on without moving the pad out of position. It is almost impossible to keep them in place when putting on a regular pair of socks. I have tried holding them in place with tape and that worked some times but not nearly enough. They would be much better if they had a way to keep them positioned. In my opinion, you are better off saving your money.
