Softest delight to carry everywhere
The mochi was soft and not too sweet; it was perfect. Also the bite size wrapped separately was an additional benefit which allowed me to carry a couple with me in my purse! What else can I say? It is wonderful, and not too caloric.

Strawberry cake
The item arrived on time, and when I asked the sellers if they could expedite the shipping, they were really kind about it and helped me. The product itself is nice, although slightly different from what it looks on the package. The amount is good though.

Awfully ok
It is just ok. Didn't notice product of Taiwan and that is my fault. Nevertheless it is amazing for something from Taiwan (since its amazing for anything from Taiwan to not taste like poo in my large snacking experience)The mochi is small individually. To powdered and there is far more filling then there is any strawberry jelly or any noticeable strawberry flavor. For size reference500 Yen coin50 Australian cent coinTennis ball

A good-tasting mochi, unlike most of the packaged ones
I bought lychee mochi at a local imports store from the same brand, Yuki & Love, and liked it so much that I went back the next day for more boxes, and also to try this strawberry kind. I like the lychee kind better, but this one still has a very good, strong strawberry flavor. The packaged mochi I have bought in the past has always tasted unquestionably horrible, so I was very surprised that I do, in fact, like mochi. Each box is resealable and has a rope handle. Inside is a bag that contains 20 individually wrapped mochi. They're about the size of jumbo marshmallows, maybe a bit smaller, and have a similar soft texture with a lightly powdered surface. These are very mildly but pleasantly sweet, and both the mochi wrapping and the filling inside are flavored. These are nice for putting out or sticking in a bag. They put enough air in the individual bags that you don't accidentally squish the mochi. The strawberry filling is pretty decent, kind of like jam, but thicker. The mochi wrapping has a very nice strawberry flavor and fragrance as well.Overall I like the strawberry mochi quite a bit, though I prefer the lychee. It's definitely a good product, though at my local store, these were under three dollars a box. Perhaps check around before buying?

Bought frequently
I buy this frequently at the local Chinese grocery stores and they taste pretty good. As someone else said, they are NOT Japanese but made in Taiwan. A made in Japan moch that tastes a little better i is available in the local Japanese stores but costs more, has 8 pieces and is not individually wrapped when compared with the 20 pieces individually wrapped in this one. The price on Amazon is quite high compared to the local store (more than double) but delivery is included in the price.
