the best Belgian waffle mix
Sure, it's better to make your own from scratch. But otherwise, this mix is the absolute best one and I've tried them all. You can even make the batter the night before. Best of all, once you make the waffles, they will stay crisp for a really long time and other mixes I've tried go soggy quickly after baking. If you need to hold the waffles in a chafing dish, or you're making lots of them, this is the mix for you. great flavor, needs no tweaking.
