These tablets are small and crunchy. I tried to melt them under my tongue but ended up chewing and swallowing them. Doesn't matter though, I still fell off to sleep soon afterwards. They taste sweet and candy-like. This bag was very economical compared to 20 mg tablets that come in bottles and should last me a long time.

Decent .. but they do not dissolve fast .. they are like chewing on a rock . So hard , you might break a tooth. Other than that , they work well.

This is one of the rare occasions that you order something with great skepticism, and are rewarded by reading the honest reviews of other folks. And a manufacturer that delivers on a product. Need help nodding off, you might want to try this. It won't keep you asleep, thank goodness. But it will certainly help you fall asleep. You get a lot for your money also. Can't honestly say I'm wild about the flavor. But they go down quick with a swallow of water. My son started taking it and has had the same results that I've had. So it's not just a fluke.

This product did not work. Used it as directed and it did no good. Even doubled the dose. Still no effect. Beware of this melatonin. I would never trust any product by micro ingredients !!!!!

I take Melatonin regularly, up to 60mg nightly. I have tried multiple brands - this product (Micro Ingredients 12mg), Carlyle 12mg quick dissolve, Nutricost 5mg, Life Flo 3mg body cream, and Now liquid 3mg. I highly recommend Melatonin in general based on the anti aging, anti oxidant properties. It can be used by mouth or on your skin - both is best.This product works, but I feel I got best results with the Nutricost capsule. However, that means 12 pills a night, which is a pain. I've just switched to the NOW brand 10mg tablet as I've heard good things with that brand. Just a heads up - the quick dissolve ones didn't really dissolve and I ended up swallowing them. They have a sweet flavor (which is not good for me) and a mild bitter aftertaste when crunched. The Life flo cream product was ok, but the bottle arrived almost empty (several others posted this same thing). The Now liquid is good, but has a sweetener, which limits topical use (it's sticky on skin).If Nutricost ever makes a higher dose pill, I'll probably switch to that. Also capsules can be opened and rubbed onto the skin easily.
