Q: Should I water as soon as the plant arrives? The plant looks healthy but the soil is bone dry. I am not sure what to do since this is a succulent?

Once plant is received, simply left the plant up and feel if the plant seems too light for it’s size. If the plant feels too light and the soil is almost sand dry please do water it. To water, place a dish with clean water in it then place the plant on to the dish to allow it to bottom water. Leave the plant in the dish for 20-30 mins until you see the tops soil moistens then watering is done. Take the plant out of the dish and place it where it can have full drainage, any water leaking out of the pot after watering needs to exit completely out of the pot. Check the soil every 7-12 days and repeat the watering process again when needed. Hope this helps.

Q: Am I get a plant like the picture of the item or a bunch of cuttings? I am guessing cuttings unfortunately.

We actually had a plant. It wasnt cuttings.
