Works as intended
I purchased these tip covers because my airpods would not stay in my ears; they would slip and fall out just with normal head movements. The silicon tip covers add enough friction, so now the buds do not slip as easily. They are still not 'firmly' planted in my ears, like an in-ear monitor would be, but they will stay put as long as I'm not flailing my head around. Some people have mentioned they are hard to install. I found them to be just the slightest bit tricky, because of the small size and the grippy high-friction surface against the plastic earbuds. They don't slide around easily on the plastic and that is a good thing. Even though it makes the covers a little harder to install, you *want* them to have this grippy texture, that's what makes them do their job in your ear. Also, yes they are quite delicate because of the small size. This is not a product flaw; it's a paper-thin sheet of silicon and you will need to be careful with it while installing on the buds. Once it is in place on the airpods, the delicate material will be supported by the airpod and there will no longer be such a risk of tearing them. You do not need to remove them to put the airpods in their charging case, so the next time you remove them will be to throw them away and replace with a new pair.I haven't had these very long yet so I don't know how long they hold up. But considering I got three pairs for about $6 USD, if they last more then 3-4 weeks per pair I say it's worth it. They will probably last a lot longer than that, though. I will update my review if I have a problem in the future.

slight improvement at best. garbage.
Surprisingly hard to put them on so that all the holes line up where they're supposed to. Mildly inconvenient; not why I'm giving a poor rating. They get 2 stars because they do next to nothing when it comes to actually making your airpods stay in place. When I tilt my head 90 degrees, my airpods don't immediately fall out anymore, but they still DON'T provide the level of security I would want in order to:-confidently put a hood on-go for a run-dance through the streets like people in those iphone commercials-do any kind of sudden movement. Are they better than nothing? I guess. I probably won't bother returning them, but when I let my coworkers try them they agreed they were meh and none of them are going to buy them despite agreeing that airpods don't stay in place very well.If I decide to try another kind, I'd probably go for style with the earhooks. Even if I had to put them on and take them off before going to the gym, they would definitely be more effective than these.UPDATE: after ~1 week they lose their integrity and become flimsy and slide all over your headphones. these things are trash.

Super thin as advertised, but don't help secure my earbuds
These covers did nothing to help my ear buds stay secure. Maybe I just have weird ears. I will confirm that they are super thin and don't impede putting the earbuds in the case. I mean... they are THIN. I guess I just thought they might offer some kind of texture or grip or something. Honestly, it seemed like they actually made my earbuds even less secure in my ears. I shoved them into a drawer where they will remain until I eventually shrug my shoulders and throw them out. This one is a "fail" for me.

It works but.
They work well and they can be put into the case. they are tricky to put on so make sure you do it in a well lit place over a table. If you drop it you might not find it. They are comfortable in your ear and makes it feel more secure. they don’t slide around. They do not make your air pods noise canceling but because they fit better into the ear making for less background noise. I found one problem with them. If you leave them in for to long they become very soft from your body heat and the pop off if you Touch them or as your removing them. So be aware of it when removing them. There very easily lost. Other then that they do help in securing them in your ears.

I like them
I think they're great for keeping them clean and are easy to take off and put back on. The covers are a little slippery and if you aren't careful, they may tear a little bit but overall they're pretty good.

They stretch after a few days
Very thin so it's possible to keep them on and still fit the airpods in the case. That's good. But because they're very thin they don't make the airpods fit much more secure - a bit more secure because they're grippier than smooth plastic, but not much. After a few days they stretch a bit causing them to easily move around and come off with very little effort. They make it hard to wipe down the airpods because they'll easily come off when you try to wipe the airpods.Overall: not recommended. Would be nice if they stayed put and stayed tight but that's not the case. Easier to just not bother with these.

Great Purchase! Disagree with Many Commenters.
I assume the level of efficacy of these tips is a personal thing and they will help AirPods stay in some people’s ears better than others. They work great for me and keep my Pods from moving at all. I will say, however, I am genuinely mystified by two of the common complaints I’ve seen in many of the reviews. I can’t imagine anybody having to spend more than 20 seconds lining up the holes on the tips with the speakers on the Pods. Next, the comments about the difficulty in closing the case with the tips on could best be characterized as “first-world problems.” It literally takes no extra effort to close the case. Well worth the few dollars for listening comfort.
