Durable and fun!
This is very durable and sounds amazing! The kids love it! We are using it for a play. Only thing is that it doesn't slide as smoothly as I'd like it. Maybe it needs some oil?

Works well after a bit of using.
The whistle is solidly made of metal and sounds pretty good. It is somewhat airy at the higher notes.The slide was also sticking in places, as others have stated, but a little oil and some usage, and it is nice and smooth. It is a fun little whistle.

Sturdy, Robust, Resonant
So I work a funny job where I make funny noises a lot and this things perfect. It's a weighty item, feels very solid. And the sound is beautiful. Might take you a bit to get ahold of how to use, but really no more than 20 seconds of practice'll get you there. Fully worth the money, much better sound then plastic.

Im a public menace
I bring this wonderful instrument with me everywhere, and I always get looks! Many comments include "what is that!?", "Why did you buy that?", "Is that a churro?," "If you don't stop playing that damn whistle I'm gonna stab you!," and "Dammnit Jerry this is why were getting a divorce!"In conclusion, as you can see, and all in all. This slide whistle is the PERFECT gift for anyone, including yourself! Your friends, family, and loved ones will ADORE you, and you'll be the talk of the town- and NOT just when the cops come due to a noise complaint at 3 AM

Loud and proud
We use this whistle to call our dogs. We have 22 acres and we couldn’t whistle loud enough. This device is perfect, and unlike any other. Yes we are very pleased with the purchase of this item!

Very well constructed
I had honestly expected something a bit smaller and flimsier, but this really is a very well made of what feels like a fairly heavy gauge metal. Think more along the lines of professional instrument over toy whistle.
