PipingRock is getting all over my pantry. They have great prices, and they should advertise that inulin tastes good. Notice that inulin + $ = in$ulin. High insulin will cost you $$$ and kill you. And inulin helps to lower insulin.

Wanted to try a different product from my usual purchase of inulin. This got high marks so worth a try.The power here is more coarse, sugar like compared to the other one that I usually buy which is more of a fine powder. It is also a larger scoop. It also doesn't seem as effective as my other brand that I use. I'll have to go back to my tried and true. I guess the saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it!

POOR LABELING and PACKAGING, very MISLEADING. Being in the fitness industry, I have tried and tested hundreds of supplements. Is this a great product, sure...BUT this is the FIRST PRODUCT/COMPANY I’ve ever seen that KNOWINGLY includes the WRONG sized scoop for the serving size. And of all products...fiber, haha. Most likely those who left BAD reviews and/or had stomach issues (gas, bloating, stomach pain, etc) were because they used ONE SCOOP (like it says in the directions) for their serving size...which is actually 3 SERVINGS!! And take that 2 times a day as directed. OMG, that’s 6 times the amount you need. The scoop they include is a TABLESPOON, NOT a teaspoon which is the amount you actually need. It’s not until you have to get a magnify glass out and inspect the inside to see the line for a teaspoon. This company should definitely change the scoop they include, not sure why they would even have a tablespoon in there as you would never need to take a tablespoon of this, ever. If you’re experiencing negative side effects, take a REAL teaspoon, and only 1/day, if you can tolerate it, then take 1 teaspoon 2x a day.

Great product, dissolves easily, little to no taste, fantastic value, fast delivery. I use this in my coffee every morning, take it with my probiotic. Digestion has returned to normal

I am so glad I found this! This is the only fiber that works for me! I used to buy Metamucil's clear & natural inulin fiber before they discontinued it! I freaked out when I couldn't find it anymore, & that's how I found piping rock. The price is amazing! I don't think it works as well as the Metamucil inulin, but it does work very well! I don't know what I would do w/ out it & am so grateful to piping rock for carrying it! I also love how they ship it out to me the day or the day after I order it. It arrives very quickly! If you used Metamucil's inulin before it was discontinued, I highly recommend that you give this a try!!

For years I've tried to get my high triglycerides and cholesterol down. No treatment or diet has worked. THIS stuff has. Cholesterol only dropped a little, but triglycerides are down to 2/3 of where they had been since adding Inulin to my regimen, and close to normal now!Some of complained about gut trouble, and let me tell you: it's a real concern. That said, the problem only lasted a couple of weeks for me as my body adjusted. So try to stick with it.
