Soft but a bit flat
The neck rest is soft but I feel it needs some more stuffing. Look and feel is quite good. Will stuff some cotton in it to make it better.

Different Design Delivered
Quality is ok however a different design was delivered very different from the one in the photo. See the photograph. Size is ok colour is ok. Support is ok as it’s a bit too soft. Will post a review after use as well.
