Seems pretty real to me. I like to use this in my hair oil mixture.

I can't speak to any sort of benefits of using this for culinary or health purposes as I only use it to add certain properties to my homemade soaps. It appears to be of good quality and it is organic--a definite plus!

I’ve been using velona brand Flaxseed Oil for blending scented massage oils and it mixes easily without an overpowering odor. The texture feels light and it works well.

This flaxseed oil is soft and smooth on my skin and hair and smells appropriate for the product.I was disappointed this was packaged in a plastic bottle--usually Verona packages their items in glass, or at least they did. Glass better preserves the integrity of the product and does not leach nanoplastic particles into the product and is not bioaccumulation (i.e., plastic never degrades). Hopefully the company will change it back!

I use this standalone oil and mixed with other natural oils for body moisturizer when I'm freshly showered and still slightly damp to very wet. It smells light and lovely and absorbs beautifully. My research has shown that it is fantastic for skin tightening and even might be useful for stretch marks. Ultimately it just leaves my skin feeling really moist especially when I mix it with a few other natural oils all of which have different benefits for the skin and it spreads really well when my skin is wet and still warm from the shower so that I don't use too much product. I really enjoy this and it is priced right!
