bg by baggallini Memphis Convertible (Grey)

I love this bag. I had two different vacations that I took it on this past summer and it was perfect for both vacations. The first one was when I was a youth counselor at a summer camp in the Sierras. I needed to be able to carry around some basics during the day like sunglasses, sunscreen, chapstick, camera, water bottle, and my schedule. It was just the right size for these items, and I didn’t worry about the bag when I had to set it in the dirt because I could wash any dirt right off.Then I took it on a trip to Hawaii. I used it as my purse, and it worked out really well to put my wallet in there, in addition to other purse items. It has a zipper pocket on the outside where I would put my cell phone, chapstick, and sunglasses so I could access those items quickly and easily. It was nice to be able to wear this as a light backpack because then it was out of the way, and I could do short little hikes and excursions hands free with it.

I’m so glad I came across this bag! Not only does it come in great go-with-anything colors, it offers many awesome features. It’s lightweight, it holds more than you think without compromising the sheik shape or adding back-breaking weight. It offers compartments inside, yet roomy, and has a deep outer zippered pocket. The straps are surprisingly comfortable and let’s not forget that convenient handle on top.

Beautiful bag and very well made, great print and features. If you are looking for more of a backpack purse and light weight it's perfect. It will not hold a lot. I returned it and chose another larger Baggallini. It was for a gift and I was tempted to keep it for myself because it was so nice.

I am so pleased with this bag. This is my second Baggallini convertible backpack. Had the first one for over seven years. It was truly well-made, versatile but I needed an upgrade - a tiny bit more space and something fresher. The Memphis Convertible was just the thing. Unlike my previous bag which got smaller toward the top, leaving little room there, the Memphis measures the same from top to bottom - no tapering allowing more space. I also didn't like the vertical outside pockets - things had a tendency to slip out but the Memphis has a horizontal opening on it's outside bag. Some cons: I wish there was another outside pocket on the back side. I hate putting my phone where it can be lifted without my knowing it. And, the handgrip is flat. My other bag had a lovely rounded grip. I'm adding inserts to the Memphis to get that same ergonomic feel. Would I recommend this? You bet. It has space galore for wallet, book, cosmetic bag, masks and I can even get a water bottle in there. And the bag weighs next to nothing so the only weight is what I put in it. A winner.

I love this bag! So cute. Keeps my wallet, phone and eyeglasses all within easy reach.

Perfect size for everyday use. I was getting a pinched nerve from wearing a shoulder bag and orthopedic doctor suggested backpack or handbag. This is a good size to comfortably hold wallet, keys, sunglasses, handkerchief inside. Small zippered outside pocket is not very roomy but does snuggly hold my small version iPhone and a mask. Inner zippered pocket will hold lipstick, mirror, small comb and a couple other small items like breath mints and sanitizing hand wipes. Credit card slots are useless to me as I keep them in wallet. I wish the front zippered pocket could be a little larger and that there was an open pocket on back for tickets or pamphlets. It’s beautifully made and durable as are all my Baggallini bags.

Love everything about this bag. I love the material and that its small and great for hands free shopping, walks, and to take while running errands! Its cute, durable and has built in safety features! I purchased the black one! Have gotten a few compliments on it while standing in line at stores.

Very lightweight on its own. Took it hiking. Plenty of room for sunscreen,snacks, phone, credit cards, extra socks, keys, and my windbreaker. Easy to carry and stayed put as I alternated between carrying as a shoulder bag, crossbody, and a traditional backpack. It's a Bagallini so I know it's going to last forever.
