Great product but didn't realize they are tablets, which do not work for me at all. Wish i had read more carefully. Have always purchased capsules of this product in past.

Some supplements do not work with the body well, and in sensitive types, can actually cause distress rather than comfort. This supplement thinned my blood to a point where i felt weak and dizzy, and had muscle aches, as if i had worked out (when i hadn't). i don't recommend this product
