This stuff is amazing

Found this brand at a local store, so I can't rate this Amazon seller, but wow. This brand in particular is amazing. Most sujuk / soudjouk / etc that I've tried has a texture more like summer sausage, and ridiculously heavy cumin. That's great if you like it, I do, but this is something entirely different. No cumin at all, flavor is mainly hot red pepper and smoke. Much drier than other sausages I've tried in this format. It's more than double the cost of some other options, but it's absolutely worth it.

This is the best one I’ve ever had. Tastes amazing and it’s not too hot! Perfectly pairs with feta!!
