I bought this kit because a family member inherited an older curio cabint with this type of key. Works a expected. I actually had an curio cabinet that has the same key so it was easier to pick out which one I needed. This kit I received came with a key and lock.

Fit my sideboard perfectly size-wise, matches the color of the antique brass, but the cut didn’t operate the locks. If it is the right cut for you equipment, this is a great buy

I am so happy, this key opened my curio cabinet! I moved recently and in the process lost the key. I went to antique stores spent 20.00 on keys I thought might work, and the didn't. Called locksmith, they wanted 100.00 to break the lock and not make a key. In desperation I went to Amazon and found this key, which in the descreption stated it would open curio cabinets. It was a no risk chance since I could return it. It is a nice well made key, worked perfectly, I am a happy consumer. Thank you so much!

works on 1 lock on case and not the other

I moved and the key to my Howard Miller Grandfather clock still is AWOL 8 months later so I finally broke down and purchased this key so I could set the clock up. It fit perfectly and the clock is now able to be set up. The only reason I said 4 stars is it is a little light.
