This product lived up to all of my expectations. I transfer a small amount into a small squirt bottle because a little goes a long way. I would be surprised if I ever need to order again, but if I do this is the brand I will buy.

This is very good oil, though I was guessing what cST I needed. The 1,000 was a bit thick but better than too thin. I'm satisfied. i use it as a blade protectant and it's a lot cheaper than $14 for two ounces like a major knife seller charges for a thinner one. I'm still guessing but I think 500 cST is closer than this to the the one thousand I bought.Also it's great on any rubberized product if you rub it all over and wait 48 to 72 hours then clean it off with glass cleaner or some hot soapy water with Dawn dish washing liquid mixed in.Also while messy if you rub this on black plastic bumpers or black metal trim type parts brand new they will stay shiny forever. You never need to do more than (With the lid tight) tip the bottle, then remove the cap. I use a clean finger to rub a little off on the tip from the inside f the opening and rub on. If you dislike it on your skin get those rubber finger cots that look like tiny condoms to rub it on.I little tiny bit goes a long way. wash off with Dawn and water for finger and Dawn and soapy water a few days later.

I use this silicon oil rather than more expensive and smaller quantities of treadmill lube that are sold.I built a treadmill desk with an inexpensive Confidence Power Plus Treadmill and a Winsome Pub Table, and whenever the treadmill feels like it's resisting or when I smell burning rubber, I lay done some silicon oil and the treadmill works like new. I use this for lubricating my treadmill deck. Much less expensive compared to pre-measured alternatives and is the same viscosity as the treadmill manufacturer's alternative.
