Works well, just wish the packaging was better
The media could not be loaded. This works in the crosswave, helped my area rug for sure. I just don’t love that some of the bristles were already ‘bent & smashed’. It still worked great though and I highly recommend for the price

Game changer for area rugs
We love our crosswave on our hard floors but the original roller left a lot to be desired on area rugs. This was just what we needed! Obviously have to switch to the other roller for steam cleaning but this one picks everything up first pass.

Bristles very soft
Only thing I didn't like was that the bristles were not stiff at all. I think if they were even a little stiff it would pull out more dirt and pet hair.

Great brush for area rugs and more! 😉
This brush works great!! It does s nice freshen up on my area rug. We've even used it on our ceramic textured tile when it was particularly dirty after having company (so many black soled shoes these days!!) You've gotta do a final pass to finish the job with the regular or multi surface brush cuz this brush isn't made for hard floors we just thought to give it a try for a bit more "scrubbing action" lol so it leaves the hard floors very wet. But wow! What Great results! On both surfaces!! I'm just in love with this machine!! And loving it even more with this new brush!!

Could be improved
I wish this has more bristles on it. I don't know if it's the machine or this that makes it less effective. It did get a lot of pet hair out of my very low carpet and rugs. Because of the packaging, the bristles will also come smushed and bent up. The box I received this in was pretty much completely smashed.

A necessity for long pet hair
This brush works great and opens up some space in the head to allow for larger clumps to get through.
