Great brush
I work in remodelling and paint fairly often. This is the best cut in brush have have yet to use. The ovel style takes a little bit to get used to with how it feels in your hand, but this is a high quality brush that is worth the money.

Something is wrong at Purdy!
I don't know what is going on with Purdy but this is the second out of the package failure I have had with one of their brushes. When I went to use this brush it was apparent that the ferrule was loose. When I looked closely I could see the right and left nails are both splitting the handle. In ten years I have never had a single issue but now within the last month have had 2 defective brushes right out of the package. I never minded paying top dollar for top quality. Now these brushes are junk and I would recommend you avoid them, something has happened at Purdy, and it is not good!
