They are not the traditional light up sticks. They are sturdy and have a glowing spot. In the dark it makes the whole thing light up. So they look cute in the day time too.

These go through multiple colors and then flash. Really brilliant, bright light, and they were a big hit on Halloween. They separate via a small plastic insert, which could be a choking hazard for little kids, so keep that in mind. They are all individually wrapped as well.

They fall apart easily. But can be easily fixed too.

Bought for a roller skate birthday party and they look great. Has an easy to access switch to turn it off. Only complaint is the section that houses the batteries and light can come off the plastic ring easily. It snapped back on easily as well but scooping them up off roller rink floor was a mess hahahaha
