Works like magic
We have four large skylights in our kitchen and dining area, giving us the feeling of being outdoors. However, the UK's summer heat has become unbearable, making it almost impossible to sit in this space. We installed these window films, and they work like magic. The light is reduced, but it's pleasantly cool without being too dark.I should mention that the installation is incredibly easy. I'm terrible at installing screen protectors—I even messed up my Apple Watch protector—but installing these films was a breeze. The key is to use a lot of water, both below and above the film. It might sound odd, but the films are applied from the outside, or at least that's how I did it.This product is amazing, and it comes with all the necessary tools included.

Security window film
Very easy to apply, reasonable cost, difficult to see inwards during the day but pretty clear both ways at night

Easy to install
I bought this to add some shade to a hard to reach velux roof window.Despite the height and angle I had to work at this film was very easy to fit. I cut it to size first rather than trying to trim it in situ but this worked incredibly well and I could make slight adjustments to the positioning. The film blocks out quite a bit of light so it makes the room a bit dark on dull days. But it is very good at reducing glare on sunny ones. Given how easy it is to install I am tempted to take it off in winter and put if back in summer when it's really needed.

Heat block OK, mirror not good
Easy to fit - just don't add more than a drop of shampoo to 2 L water - useful knife to cut excess. As soon as there is light inside the room, the mirror is no good. So a room with multiple windows (especially a loft with Velux windows) this product will not deliver the privacy. This privacy was critical for me, so this product won't do.

Works perfectly
Works perfectly. Looks like a mirror from outside blue from inside. A bit darker but to be expected.Easy to cut with the very sharp scalpel provided and easy to smooth out bubbles with the squeegee.Spray lots of water on first and over so as you smooth it so it glides easily. You can see the middle 3 windows are those I put the film on.

There's better for less out there
Awfully product. There's no stick to it. Also it's horrible to work with trying to place and as soon as you start to get the bubbles out it scratches to he'll

3 stars
So we bought this for our lounge window, it faces the sun during the day and even with the curtains and blinds shut in the summer. Anything above 25 degrees outside pushes it past 30 inside. I think it did help but didn’t make much impact. Only dropped the temperature by a degree. Definitely not worth the £44 I paid for it.It is easy to install if you do it with 2 people. If you are doing it on your own, And have a larger window, ask for some help, the only had part of you are doing it on your own with a smaller window is spraying it because it folds in if you hold it with one hand, I used a clippy coat hanger on the 40cm wide windows. The big window 1m10cm x 80cm would have been very hard to do well on your own!! We have now taken it off for the winter as it makes the lounge feel really dull and gloomy. I do feel like I wasted my money. Which is a bit of a shame.

Very thick
Thick and good quality film. Unfortunately there were some particles trapped underneath, but that's probably our fault for not cleaning the window well enough before installation.
