*small* kneeling pillow. keeps butt off floor and off heels. comfy bean bag like construction. use it frequently, no filling has emerged. holds its shape well.

Beautiful, well made buckwheat pillow tall enough for side sleeping
I am 5’11” with broad shoulders and a side sleeper - have always had difficulty finding the right pillow setup and often have a sore neck and or unhappy shoulders from sleeping on a tatami mat.Finally – found a tall buckwheat pillow that should keep its shape for side sleeping (helps with a more neutral spine alignment and helps reduce the shoulder from stretching forward).I like that buckwheat pillows breathe compared to foam or polyester pillows. Though this is made to be sat upon, and consequently is made to be firm with a red string tightening the ends. This effectively makes a dip space for my ears - works better for me than a buckwheat pillow that sags too much.Fabric is a nice tight weave and has rich colors.Price is fair given that it’s hand made in Japan. Authentic!Wish: tight, square-shaped pillow case in Japanese print colors to help keep clean and maintain shape over time.

Not bad at all
It's small, but firm. I'm new to this seiza experience so this is my first.Extremely portable, lightweight, functional. It cannot be washed under circumstances, so keep that in mind. The colors are great and the square design helps where rounds would not.

I used this to stretch for islamic prayers
I have been using this over a period of weeks. At first I couldn't sit at all, now I am feeling more comfortable alhamdulilah. I highly recommend it.

Not bad, touch overpriced.
A bit too small compared to expected. Working out well but I am not sure how sturdy the cloth cover is.
