Cold Calling Bible
If you can't have Steve Schiffman teach you or your Salesforce in person, then this is the next best thing. No book has made a greater impact on the sales teams I have managed in the past 30 years than this book. You require pilots and surgeons to practice. So should sales people. If you have to cold call to obtain a prospect, then make sure you read this book to make yourself as effective as possible. The better you are at cold Calling, the less cold calls you will have to make!

Fantastic book
I own many of Stephan Schiffman's books, but this one is probably the best one of them all. Stephan packs many of his best ideas into this book.
