Shorted the POE from the package and would not send one to replace what was missing.
I ordered the unit because I have used Ubiquity for my camera system. I ordered and later got a message saying the unit was backordered. I lost my place in the installation schedule with my installer. We opened the package in middle June when he could come and no POE was inside the box. He had a used one that he let me borrow. I contacted the company and was told I was past the return date. I agree I am but I do not want to return the unit since it is in place less the POE that was supposed to be inside the box. All I asked for was for my original POE to be sent to me. Everything else was fine. They replied no. This is bad business because they shorted me a component and would not make it good. Sorry, but they should do better than this.
