Clarity - 40Hz Lamp by Gamma - Cognitive Wellness - Brain Stimulating Light – Easy to Use – Memory Support

I use this product daily as part of my wellness routine. I use it for approximately one hour every morning as I do my Bible study. The gamma frequency helps me focus on what I am reading and I feel I have better retention as well. I bought this device after doing many years of research in to frequency and light energy. I have suggested this product for many friends/family that have memory and cognitive decline issues. Wonderful product!

This is a second unit for another room, and I like it except it doesn't have the choice to choose a more daylight color. The light that it emits is pretty yellow for my liking, but otherwise the quality of the unit seems very sound and it gives me the ability to move from room to room and still have the flicker.I noticed some reviewers found the flicker annoying, but that may have to do with placement. It should be in your peripheral vision and the flicker is far less noticeable than when looking straight at it. It also takes time to adjust to it, I think.I definitely recommend for people struggling with memory and cognition. It's a very helpful tool.

I’m 70 years old and have been very concerned about my poor memory for over 10 years. When my husband shared with me the research about this product, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it. I am so glad I did – it’s been life-changing! For the past 7 months, I’ve spent one hour a day using the light (keeping it in my peripheral vision). While sitting by it, I never use other screens (phone, iPad, TV). The results have been dramatic. I can now consistently recall information that I know I would not have remembered before using the light therapy. Because I had struggled with my memory for so long, I know the frustration and hopelessness of not being able to remember things. Before using the light, on a scale of 1-10, I would have rated my memory a 2 or 3. Now I rate it a 7 or 8. That’s how transformative this light has been for me. I’ve had at least 5 friends buy this light and they’ve all seen improvements in their memories, although I don’t think as profoundly as I have. I highly recommend this product.

I've noticed a marked improvement in my mom since using this. I put it in her family room as she spends 99.9 percent of her time in there. I told her it was to kill bacteria so she didn't get sick -that she must leave it alone and not touch it ---and most importantly I PUT IT ON A TIMER. It kicks on every morning at 10 and off every night at 10. She literally sounds more like her old self when you talk to her now. We've seen improvements in her short term memory as well. Prior to she would call numerous times a day and not remember calling, this has stopped as of 2 wks ago and if she does call, she now recalls previous conversations. (we've been using it 4 wks to date) I'm not expecting miracles, but even these little improvements we are so thankful for.

This lamp gives out a lot more light than their LED 40hz string but not too intense. I can keep comfortably looking directly on it. Power touch sensitive is very nice. It has wallclock compatible feature, which I have no idea of how to use. I often have vivid dream after every use, 30 min session. I wish it has built in battery so I can move it around easily.

Light is very agitating because it flickers continually. Sent it back.

I plugged it in our family room where my mother sits mostly. Both my husband and my mother found the light annoying and distracting. So I had to unplug it.

I like this lamp — it supports my processing and mood by reducing brain fog. Yeah, I like it a lot. However, after purchasing it 14 months ago — and using as directed on approx 85% of mornings — it has already burned out.
