I love these. Not only do they taste great, but I love the health benefits and ingredients too. I always take these during cold and flu season and I think they do help boost my immune system. I like that the gummies are not too big and are easy to chew. Overall, they are a great quality product especially for the price.

High quality, delicious flavor. It's a gummy for chewing or dissolving in your mouth. NOT FOR BABIES OR CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10. The size is about a half inch and round. NOT FOR SENIORS UNLESS THEY'RE SITTING UP. These are slippery. Expensive but high quality. Good if you feel a cold coming. Beneficial to have on hand.

Taste great. Whole family enjoys them. Not too gummy. Rich flavor. My son, 12 enjoys the taste. Reminds him of candy, so he takes 2 at night after dinner, calling it his "treat gummies". Dad and I pop 2 nightly as well, we all recently recovered from this 2025 flu virus and it took over 3 weeks to stop the periodic coughing, especially when laughing. Now we are fighting hard to rebuild our immune system and stay healthy. I will purchase more and recommend this to families with kiddos going to school daily.

Very good and help when sick

Several years ago my aunt recommended Sambucol syrup to shorten the duration and intensity of colds and flu, and it really does work for this! I was glad when the company introduced these gummies, as the syrup is very sweet. Since I have an autoimmune disease, I get sick easily in the fall/winter, so I decided this year to take the gummies daily to help boost my immunity. This is the first time in 10 years that I have not been sick during Thanksgiving week! I usually come down with a cold or flu that quickly progresses to bronchitis, leaving me sick for 2-3 months of the year. The other change I made this year was not getting a flu shot, as it seems to weaken my immunity and cause me to catch something else.In fact, I have not had a cold, flu, or any illness since starting these gummies at the end of August. A bad cold virus was going around my office in October, so I doubled up and was taking 2 of these daily for a week, and managed to avoid catching it. These little gems have really been a miracle worker for me!I did knock down my rating to 4 stars because the taste is not the same as the syrup. The gummies have a strong medicinal flavor, almost like a cleaning product. This faded after the bottles were opened for a week or so. Additionally, as others have noted the count per bottle is wildly inaccurate. One bottle had 26 gummies and the other had 32 - falling 2 short of the full 60 that I should have received. They're too pricey to have that much inaccuracy in the count, but I'll continue to take them through winter, and maybe all year long!

I have a terrible immune system!!! Since I started taking these a year ago I’ve been sick once. I use to be sick back to back almost year round. And I work with preschoolers!!!
