1st mirror arrived with smashed mirror, so disappointed. However I requested a replacement. New one packaged differently arrived a week later in perfect condition! Love it!

Very disappointed in quality and communication
Mirror frame and spindles are thin and weak. Packaging was deplorable.The first mirror arrived broken, frame broken and missing most parts. Company replaced without requiring me to ship it back. Second mirror arrived with broken parts and missing parts. This one was required to be mailed back. Still pending refund 3 days and counting. Second one seemed to be a prior return. Emailed company and got no reply regarding replacement parts. Very disappointing because I generally would have liked the mirror if better made
